What is Bioenergetic Testing?

If you have gone to the doctor and were told that your labs look fine (while not feeling like yourself and knowing something is wrong), I understand your frustration! I left those appointments feeling embarrassed, disappointed and hopeless. I was sick for THREE YEARS before I discovered functional medicine labs, and my practitioner was able to find multiple causes of my chronic fatigue.

This is exactly how the founder of Balanced Health, Samantha Stupak, felt while trying to figure out what was keeping her bedridden for four years.  At each doctor’s appointment she was told “everything looks great ”. This crushed her hope for getting a sliver of her previous life and health back.  That is, until she discovered bioenergetics and made a total life transformation.  The power of bioenergetics was so profound for her that she dedicated her life to it, with a mission of helping as many as she could with this technology and support.

It’s vastly different from any other traditional testing you might be familiar with, which is why so many people are now turning to it as their first stop versus their last ditch effort.  Bioenergetic testing is the evaluation of a bioenergetic field, which is cell biology and chemistry of energy that flows through living systems.  We all have a measurable biofield, and when physical stressors impact us it also impacts the health of our biofield.  This energy that flows throughout systems can be measured and recorded, which is what we call bioenergetic testing or bioresonance testing.  Within bioenergetic testing you can look at the biofield as a whole, or you can break it into small categories and look specifically at different vibrational patterns within the whole, such as the resonance specifically of the liver, heart, and thyroid for example.

Performing a bioresonance scan is a quick and simple process. You collect a hair (or nail) sample and swab the inside of your mouth… that’s it! In 1-2 weeks, you receive an in-depth sample report, like the one linked here, and a list of remedies to take for the next 4 to 6 weeks.

Balanced Health scans have become one of my favorite labs for myself, and for my family. I send in a scan every 6 months to see what I can improve upon, even when I’m feeling well! I also scan myself after acute illnesses, so I know what I can do to support myself for further healing. It has been such a helpful guide for all four of us over the years!
